By registering as a Racing Club Advocate, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period following each successful payment. No commission is payable on refunded, cancelled, disputed or fraudulent transactions.

All commissions are calculated and paid exclusively in British Pounds Sterling (GBP), regardless of the currency displayed in the affiliate dashboard.

The minimum payout threshold is £15. Balances below £15 will be carried forward until the threshold is reached.

Approved commissions are paid monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met and the 30-day validation period has passed.

Advocates must promote the Racing Club honestly and responsibly. Misleading advertising, unsolicited spam, false claims and unauthorised use of the Racing Club's branding are prohibited.

Advocates are responsible for declaring their commission income and meeting any applicable tax obligations.

Equestrian R Infinity Ltd reserves the right to amend commission rates, modify these terms or discontinue the programme with reasonable notice. Commissions validly earned before any changes will remain payable under the terms applicable when they were earned.

Equestrian R Infinity Ltd may suspend or terminate an Advocate's participation for fraudulent activity, misuse of referral links or breach of these terms. Any valid, unpaid commissions will remain payable subject to the conditions above.
